We are seeking an experienced Site Security Automation Cluster Lead to drive automation strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and cybersecurity programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for modernizing manufacturing operations through smart factory technologies while ensuring the reliability and security of automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead automation and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives
✔ Own OT/OTN automation infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance
✔ Manage automation-related capital projects and technology deployments
✔ Develop and execute automation, controls, and digitalization roadmaps
✔ Drive Industry 4.0, IoT, predictive maintenance, and smart manufacturing programs
✔ Support plant operations through continuous improvement and technology innovation
✔ Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and leadership teams
Required Qualifications:
🔹 10 years of Automation and Project Management experience
🔹 Strong background in Industrial Automation and Controls
🔹 Experience with Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and IoT technologies
🔹 OT/Industrial Cybersecurity experience
🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Salary : $145,000 - $155,000
