POSITION: GSRP/Childcare Aide
LOCATION: Luce Road Early Childhood Learning Center
REPORTS TO: Mr. Ernest Conerly, Director of Early Childhood Education Programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Meet requirements for background check and fingerprinting. Requires a High School diploma and must meet state licensing requirements.
Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:
A successful candidate will possess:
- Experience working with school age children preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid record of punctuality
- Assist in planning age appropriate activities
- Encourage imagination and happiness in learning
- Kind, patient, and compassionate individual who loves working and interacting with children
- Present a professional, respectful, and considerate image and represent the district in a positive way
- Ability to work with children 18 ½ months through 12 years old
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Up to 40 hours a week, within this timeframe)
COMPENSATION: $14.30/hr.
BEGINNING DATE: 2026-27 School Year
