Job Summary
Allure of Lake Storey is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Current, unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR Certification required
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Job Summary

You will provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
- Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
- Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Ensure resident privacy, dignity, and HIPAA compliance
- Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and IV site care as needed (RN scope for IVs)
- Promote a calm, respectful, and safe care environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
