Your Impact
As Director of Nursing, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services
- Ensure clinical excellence and full regulatory compliance
- Lead and strengthen the QAPI program and quality initiatives
- Monitor and improve Quality Measures, outcomes, and survey performance
- Conduct daily clinical rounding to support staff and ensure standards are met
- Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff
- Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team
- Lead survey readiness efforts and oversee plans of correction
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and clinical standards
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve outcomes
- Experience with Quality Measures, audits, and performance improvement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
