We’re currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our growing operations team and help ensure that every load gets delivered on time, on budget, and without surprises.

As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring freight movement, managing carrier relationships, dispatching our asset based trucks and providing vital support to both the Customer Service and Sales teams through prompt and accurate communication. This position requires strong multitasking skills, excellent organization, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Your responsibilities will include quoting, scheduling, tracking shipments, and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Core duties involve sourcing and assigning carriers, negotiating rates, managing load coordination from start to finish, handling special projects, maintaining daily schedules, and managing both inbound and outbound communications.

Experience in dispatching or logistics operations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments

Strong sense of teamwork, accountability, and urgency

Familiarity with TMS systems and logistics software a plus

Positive attitude and commitment to team success

Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening

Computer proficiency due to operating in such a digital environment

Respectful and easy to work with

Flatbed oversize experience

Some asset-based trucking dispatch experience or knowledge

2 years broker dispatch experience

5 years industry experience

Experience quoting carrier costs

Existing Customer Relationships

Bilingual candidates are a plus

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
