Fast growing aerospace manufacturer currently recruiting for a Senior Design Engineer.
About the Role
Main responsibilities:
- Design and Development of aircraft system fuel valves
- Conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, and supporting new valve designs to meet customer requirements
- Hands-on prototype building and testing, performance testing, and environmental/qualification testing
- Support of existing (legacy) valves including re-design, manufacturability, and quality support
Qualifications
- Degreed Engineer
- Background in mechanical valves, fuel valves, hydraulics, Aerospace and Mil-Spec products, Project Management, Design For Manufacturability, managing multiple projects, and/or fuel system knowledge an advantage.
- Experience with electro-mechanical design a plus.
- Solidworks
Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package
This role has excellent upward mobility opportunities - within 1-3 years to being promoted to Engineering Director.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
