Project Analyst

Candidates will be disqualified if the following criteria are not met:

• 0 - 3 years experience in an analytical position utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions on data and information.

Description:

• 0 - 3 years experience in an analytical position utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions on data and information.
• Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of functions and handling programs, projects, and assignments.
• Candidate must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. May assist (under general direction) with developing specifications from which programs will be written .
• Demonstrates working knowledge of 1 programming language, report production, and database structures.
• Demonstrates the ability to read, write, and test code.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:

• Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

Required Skills/Attributes:

• Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

Education Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
