We are seeking a growth-driven VP of Digital Partnerships within our Programmatic space to accelerate company revenue trajectory by expanding our programmatic offering, strengthening client relationships, and driving measurable business results. This senior leader will combine deep programmatic expertise with strong commercial instincts to fuel client acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Business Growth
- Lead commercial development of programmatic offering, positioning the capability as a core revenue driver across existing and prospective clients.
- Partner closely with Client Media Directors to identify revenue opportunities, upsell programmatic solutions, and build client‑specific strategies that deliver measurable financial impact.
Client Leadership & Performance Optimization
- Ensure all programmatic campaigns deliver exceptional results, focusing on ROI, efficiency, and revenue contribution.
- Develop data‑driven optimization strategies that directly improve client outcomes and increase long‑term spend.
Team Leadership & Organizational Impact
- Lead and elevate a high‑performing Programmatic team with a focus on skill growth, revenue accountability, and commercial excellence.
Thought Leadership & Strategic Influence
- Represent programmatic expertise across company, sharing trends, innovations, and case studies that help win new business and strengthen client confidence.
- Contribute to company‑wide planning and strategic development to ensure programmatic buying remains a core revenue engine.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical & Expertise
- Deep expertise across major DSPs with the ability to articulate commercial advantages and translate capabilities into client value.
- Strong command of programmatic optimization strategies, targeting approaches, and performance metrics tied to revenue outcomes.
Professional Experience
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in digital advertising
- Bachelor's degree required
- Buy-side experience required (agency or brand environment)
- Proven track record of managing programmatic campaigns and driving measurable results
- Experience in a leadership or senior management role preferred
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
