Engineering Administrator
Location: Orange, CT (On-Site)
Contract: 3 Months
Overview:
Seeking an Engineering Administrator (BOM/Routing Administrator) to support product data accuracy and manufacturing processes within the QAD ERP system. This role manages BOMs, routings, item master data, and engineering changes while collaborating across engineering, production, procurement, accounting, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Create, update, and maintain BOMs, routings, and item master data.
– Process ECNs/PCNs and ensure accurate change control.
– Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and change logs (ERP & Monday.com).
– Support equipment, process, and tooling planning for new/existing products.
– Assist with continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize delays and errors.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s in Engineering/Manufacturing preferred.
– Experience in engineering administration within manufacturing.
– Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
– Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/MRP experience (QAD, SAP).
– Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and documentation.
