Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing campaigns, to promote insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and recommend suitable insurance policies.
- Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base across diverse communities, including multilingual outreach when applicable.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the enrollment process.
Qualifications
- Valid state insurance license required;
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills—bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques, telemarketing strategies, and benefits administration is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work independently
