Compensation:
$70,000–$85,000 annually (Base Salary Uncapped Commission Bonuses)
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
- Develop new business through provided leads, referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance solutions.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage that fits each client's needs.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to maximize client protection.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Life Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment
