What You’ll Do:
- Engage with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs
- Present and sell insurance products with confidence and professionalism
- Manage and follow up on a high volume of inbound and outbound leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record as a top producer in sales (insurance or related industry preferred)
- Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience required (insurance experience a plus)
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is not required, but preferred
- Candidates with an active P&C license will receive a $500 sign-on bonus
