Duties

- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while aligning with company guidelines and regulations.

Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance products such as health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
