Our agency is seeking high-energy and motivated individuals to join our customer service team. You will work alongside a dynamic licensed sales staff of professionals who share a desire to succeed and grow. This temporary part-time position focuses primarily on delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with our clients, with opportunities to assist in sales support as you gain experience. We are looking for committed individuals to join our team as our agency continues to grow.
Part-time position (20 hours per week, flexible schedule within office hours: Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provide excellent customer service in-office and over the phone, helping customers understand and navigate their policies and insurance needs.
- Support file keeping and assist in day-to-day office processes that optimize the agency’s effectiveness.
- Manage inbound calls and route them as needed.
- Assist with follow-up client communications and keep accurate records on provided platforms.
- Provide administrative support to licensed sales staff, with potential opportunities to contribute to cross-sales and lead development.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.
- Professional experience in customer service (insurance or office environment preferred).
- Bilingual/Biliterate (Spanish and English preferred).
- P&C License a plus, but not required for this role.
