Job Description:
We are an insurance brokerage company looking to hire someone to support small to mid-size business accounts. Support may include answering billing questions, policy change requests, delivering policies and meeting client’s ongoing day-to-day needs.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist clients, handle policy-related matters
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims-related tasks
- Assist the team with daily administrative and clerical work
Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy with an intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Adobe, with the ability to learn agency management system
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- P&C license preferred, but not required
- Licensing training included with the position
- 1 year Customer Service experience (preferred)
