We’re hiring an Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to help existing customers with coverage questions, policy reviews, and account support while identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions that fit their needs. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll build relationships, deliver a great experience, and help people protect what matters most. No insurance experience is required; we provide training and support for the right person.

What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience
- Educate customers on coverage options that fit their needs
- Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities
- Support current customers with coverage reviews and cross-sell opportunities
- Contribute to agency growth by identifying customer needs and recommending additional insurance solutions when appropriate
- Represent a trusted brand while serving your local community
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Interest in sales, customer experience, and business development
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Insurance experience is not required
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license
