Description
Job Title: General Manager in Training
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000
We didn’t grow up knowing how to run an auto repair shop.
We learned by being in it. Figuring it out. Making mistakes. Getting better. And being surrounded by people who expected more from us than I expected from ourselves.
That’s exactly what this role is built to do.
At Alloy Automotive Partners, we’re building a team of people who want to lead. Not just manage a schedule or hit numbers, but actually take ownership of a business, a team, and the experience we create for our customers.
We have 11 locations today and we’re growing quickly. That growth only works if we keep developing strong leaders from within.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Manager in Training, you’ll spend 6–9 months fully immersed in the business.
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced managers, learn how the operation really runs, and start building the skills it takes to lead your own location.
This is not a sit-back-and-watch role. You’ll be in it, learning, contributing, and growing every day.
This Role Is a Fit If You
We’re serious about creating an environment where people grow. That means:
