Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Longmont, CO. The Account Manager will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer support. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and meeting business development targets.


Qualifications

  • Customer relationship management and business development skills
  • Proficiency in communication and account management
  • Team collaboration and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Understand client goals and identify opportunities to add value
  • Manage account portfolios to achieve revenue and retention targets
  • Develop strategic account plans and execute growth initiatives
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  • Assist with sales administration functions
  • Crosstrain in operations/logistics


Compensation

  • $62,000 - 65,000 annual base salary (based on experience) performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Benefits: health insurance, paid time off, etc.
