Part-Time HR Coordinator

AllModular Systems, Inc. is a growing small business located in Hayward, CA. We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time HR Coordinator to support our day-to-day human resources operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee support, payroll compliance, and administrative HR functions to help ensure efficient office and team operations.

Responsibilites
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support with payroll compliance, including timesheets and reimbursements
- Coordinate employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Support employee relations and day-to-day HR inquiries
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Assist with event planning, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Manage phone calls, emails, mail, and office correspondence
- Create and maintain reports using Excel and Smartsheets
- Run weekly reports and assist with administrative projects
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with HR/payroll compliance and office procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time Position- In Office (approximately 20-25 hours per week)
- $40–$43 per hour, depending on experience
- Flexible schedule available
Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
