Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Friday, 7:30 AM–2:00 PM (No weekends, no overtime)

About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, patient-focused Patient Service Representative to join our clinic team in New Orleans. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, giving both you and the team a chance to ensure it's the right fit before transitioning to a permanent role. You'll be the first friendly face patients see and the first helpful voice they hear on the phone — playing a key role in making sure every visit runs smoothly. You'll work closely with a supportive care team that includes four Medical Assistants, two medical providers, and a Nurse Practitioner.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check patients in and out
• Schedule patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collect patient payments
• Deliver excellent customer service to every patient
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies
• Coordinate with medical staff to keep the clinic running efficiently
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in a medical office setting
• Experience with patient access/patient scheduling strongly preferred
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a TB screening
• No professional license required
