About The Role
The Graphic Designer plays a leading role in helping shape the visual identity and creative direction of Allies of Skin across fully integrated 360° campaigns and brand activations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate brand vision into compelling, cohesive design systems that drive engagement across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints. Working cross-functionally, the designer will lead concept development through execution, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries to elevate brand storytelling. This role is a temporary position for an initial three-month project period, with the possibility of extension or conversion to full time employment, subject to business requirements and performance.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts that reinforce Allies of Skin’s identity and elevate brand storytelling
- Design and produce high-quality assets including campaign visuals, product launches, website content, CRM materials, and in-store collateral
- Own and evolve the brand’s visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while introducing fresh, innovative design approaches
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, e-commerce, and external partners to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns
- Conceptualize and support brand activations, events, and experiential initiatives with immersive and on-brand creative assets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current on design trends, beauty industry standards, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate creative output
- Prepare final files for production across digital and print, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to technical specifications
- Partner with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of creative deliverables
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and proactively bring new ideas to support brand growth and innovation
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in integrated 360° campaigns and brand storytelling
- Proven ability to work both collaboratively within cross-functional teams and autonomously, managing projects from concept through execution with minimal oversight
- Experience designing for beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands, with a strong understanding of premium brand positioning
- Experience in photo video pre- and post-production including storyboarding
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of Figma or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of digital design best practices across social media, e- commerce, email marketing, and paid media channels
- Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines and visual systems across multiple touchpoints
- Demonstrated ability to concept and execute creative for brand activations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency
- Experience preparing production-ready files for both digital and print, including working with external vendors and printers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and rationale to stakeholders
