What Youll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Sales and Onboarding teams on deal structure, quoting, and alternative contract options to support closing new business
- Collaborate with subcontracting partners to secure pricing that meets profitability goals
- Support Sales by responding to common deal, process, and contract questions
- Monitor relevant Slack channels and inboxes to ensure timely support and responses
- Identify missing contract details and work closely with Sales to resolve gaps and protect long-term success
- Project manage the rollout of new customer accounts, including pricing, service providers, equipment, and go-live dates
- Order medical equipment or supplies when needed for new deals or at the request of Customer Success Managers
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure account setup accuracy
- Partner across teams to resolve recurring issues and streamline processes
- As time allows, work on process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency
What You Bring
- Experience in sales support, deal desk, customer onboarding, operations, or a related field preferred
- Ability to partner confidently with multiple teams and departments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A customer-focused mindset and a desire to understand the why behind processes
- Strong communicator clear, professional, self-aware, and open to feedback
- Able to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and stay calm under pressure
- Intermediate or higher experience with CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- (HubSpot and/or QuickBooks experience a plus!)
