Project Manager Assistant
About Us: We are Allied Security Fence, one of Hawaii's leading fencing contractors specializing in ornamental and chain link fence, high security enclosures, gates and active barriers, custom fabrication on entrance gates as well as vehicle gates. We are looking to add dedicated members to our team.
Compensation: $55,000 Base pay with Commission - higher rate may be considered for experienced applicants. We are looking for experienced individuals and individuals interested in learning the trade and learning to become one of our Field Sales/Project Managers
Employment: Full Time (Monday-Friday)
Duties:
· Manage Bid List
· Research all resources to optimize bidding opportunities
· Review plans on Bid projects and highlight fencing and print necessary specs and drawings relative to fencing
· Manage all Leads - Take all calls inquiring about Bids and Installation and appropriately input into Goldmine or Office 365
· Prepare work orders utilizing AutoCad Drawings
· Follow up with material orders/quotes
Responsibilities:
· Read plans, take off materials, and estimate job in an itemized form
· Perform jobsite visits to determine fencing needs and accurately measure site for fencing and gates
· Assist in preparing proposals and contracts
· Schedule purchase of material to meet construction deadlines
· Assist in handling customer requests, problems, and complaints
· Assist in preparing work orders and drawing plans for projects
· Miscellaneous tasks
Job Requirements:
· High school graduate
· AutoCAD experience a plus
· Ability to perform basic math
· Ability to review business documents
· Computer literate - must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
· Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
· Resourceful, able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
· Customer Service Oriented
· Attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
· Previous experience in construction
Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
