Our client is seeking a Sr. Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing technology team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise cloud and infrastructure solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure, networking, security, and systems engineering. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and enterprise networking.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
- Manage and optimize networking environments including VPNs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and firewall technologies.
- Support Windows and Linux server environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation solutions using tools such as Terraform and PowerShell.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Deep understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, switching, and network security.
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, or other automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
