About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Safety Coordinator to support both field operations and corporate safety initiatives across active construction and industrial projects. This role is perfect for a safety professional who thrives in the field, understands compliance inside and out, and can help elevate safety culture across teams.
In this role, you’ll serve as the lead safety resource for assigned projects—balancing hands-on site support with administrative oversight to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform jobsite inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments
• Work closely with project leadership to reinforce safe work practices
• Lead toolbox talks, site orientations, and safety briefings
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain OSHA logs, training records, and compliance documentation
• Track safety metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support subcontractor onboarding and pre-task safety planning
• Ensure projects remain audit-ready and compliant with OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and workplace safety protocols
• Experience conducting investigations, audits, and safety reporting
• OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required
• STS-C certification required; CHST preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field preferred
• TWIC card is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
