Project Manager
A well-established engineering consulting firm specializing in municipal and public sector infrastructure projects is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. This position will be overseeing projects from planning through construction while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Review project plans, specifications, estimates, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
- Conduct periodic field visits to support project execution and construction administration.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 4 years of project management or construction management experience within civil engineering.
- Experience managing municipal, public sector, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction administration, budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
