About the Position:
Allied Resources is looking for a Hybrid Schedule Project Manager for a Midstream Oil and Gas company. This position provides an excellent compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with a company match, discount programs, and more!
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, estimate, and execute expense and capital projects ranging from right-of-way construction to assets within the fence line.
- Define scope of work (SOW), manage bidding, estimates, invoices, budgets, and project costs to ensure compliance with schedules and accurate monthly forecasting.
- Oversee project documentation, providing QA/QC for complete project books, proper closeout, and timely database updates.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and refinery resources to prioritize work, repair equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with PHMSA, DOT 195, and Integrity Management and Preventive Maintenance programs by adhering to regulatory requirements and effective scheduling.
- Lead regular coordination meetings between operations and maintenance to align on project and work priorities.
- Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, supervision, and stakeholders—including leadership, suppliers, and community members—to manage changes and represent company interests.
- Submit and manage MOCs with all associated tasks, while maintaining focus on company deliverables and safe, reliable operations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing projects in the petroleum industry and 7 years of experience overall
- Experience and demonstrated aptitude in most phases of engineering, construction, and operations of pipeline, station, and terminal facilities.
