What are the responsibilities and job description for the NDT Inspector (Night Shift) position at Allied Power Group?
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
- Performs all repair process inspections to ensure compliance with requirements
- Performs incoming inspection of all raw materials/components/castings received prior to release to the facility
- Practice and ensure good shop safety practices
- Monitor and respect tool and equipment calibration
- Input production data into ERP system
- Performs Non-Destructive testing, including ultrasonic, dye penetrant, visual and mag particle
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of NDT Quality Inspection experience working in the combustion turbine repair industry
- 2 year technical school with Certification in SNT-TC-1 A
