Public Health Call Center Agent (Part-time)

You'll conduct phone interviews using scripted questions to gather data on the health behaviors and lifestyle choices of Kansans. Duties

• Conduct telephone interviews using pre-written health-related scripts and enter responses into a computer
• Ask survey questions in a professional, unbiased, and consistent manner
• Maintain accurate call records and meet minimum weekly hour requirements (15 hrs)
• Provide a calm, courteous, and neutral experience for survey participants
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, clear phone voice
• Ability to follow a script and remain neutral and professional
• Comfortable using a computer and working in a structured office environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
