Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk and desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues
- Review and manage IT permissions to ensure proper system access and compliance
- Assist with tracking and documenting IT assets, including hardware lifecycle updates
- Support IT inventory reconciliation efforts and help ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Experience in PC support, desktop support, or helpdesk roles in a professional environment
- Strong understanding of IT asset management, inventory processes, and user permissions
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to end users
- Must be able to work onsite in Topeka, KS, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary : $42,000 - $47,000
