Inside Sales Agent

We’re looking for a high-performing Inside Insurance Sales Agent to join an expanding team in the Kansas City metro area. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a proven track record in property and casualty insurance who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

Direct Hire - Full Time

Overland Park, KS - Corporate Woods

4 days in office, 1 day remote

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and match them with the right insurance coverage for their needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement to policy close (inbound leads only – no outbound prospecting).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Use technology-driven tools to streamline quoting, applications, and client communication.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven sales methods.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive with strong communication skills.
• Fast learner for a quick paced environment.
  
  

Salary: $60,000 base uncapped commission
