Program Support Coordinator (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured survey calls with new mothers, following approved scripts with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Enter and update data in specialized systems with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and quality standards.
• Assist with preparing and tracking mailers, packets, and survey-related documentation.
• Provide general project support, including follow-up calls, scheduling, and database queries.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project coordination, research support, or related roles.
• Must be comfortable be on the phone as you are collecting data.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and accurate data entry.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a part-time, onsite schedule (18–19 hours/week, evenings/weekends included)
