Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paramedic position located in Monrovia, IN. The Paramedic will be responsible for responding to workplace emergencies, providing first-aid and advanced life support, and assisting with routine occupational health procedures. Day-to-day tasks include administering initial assessments, stabilizing patients, documenting care provided, and assisting medical providers with health evaluations and injury care. The Paramedic will collaborate with a NP and other Allied Staff to ensure the health and safety of patients in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administering first aid, advanced life support, and emergency medical care
- Experience conducting patient assessments and documenting medical histories accurately
- Ability to assist with occupational health tasks, including routine medical procedures and health screenings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and employers
- Certification as a Paramedic and active state licensure in Indiana
- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and experience in occupational health settings is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Commitment to delivering patient-focused care and maintaining confidentiality
