You will exhibit intermediate level of expertise in performing a specialized job, function or skill within an assigned area. You will assist with change agenda initiatives by determining and implementing business rules, procedures, user acceptance test case writing and execution, and general business readiness functions (SOPs, training, communication). Be a process consultant to improve BAU process, customer or producer experience and offshore optimization opportunities. You will collaborate on opportunities to enhance service or processes (across departments), coordinate internal department and change plans including mentorship of team members. You will report to the Senior Manager Business Operations.

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

What You Do
- Participate in change projects representing the business processes, rules, controls, and reports for area of expertise
- Oversee the execution of business processes assuring accuracy of business rules, controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and reporting
- Resolve business issues relating to business rule execution and accountable for quality of business rules and controls
- Assist the business end users with production issues – triage, define root cause, and end-to-end incident management
- Accountable for change acceptance through active participation in defining test strategies, user acceptance test case development, product validation, and business readiness
- Develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
- 2 or more years experience required: relevant technical or business experience
- Four year degree required or equivalent work experience
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
