What You Do
You will partner with the Senior Director of AI & Analytics Engineering to operationalize strategy and drive execution of priorities. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead and facilitate work across Data Science & AI, AI & Analytics Platform, and Analytics Engineering, coordinating closely with leaders within the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (D&A COE), product teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong influence skills to align priorities, drive execution, and lead large, cross‑functional groups—including senior leaders, peers, and internal and external partners—across the organization.
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

What You Do
You will partner with the Senior Director of AI & Analytics Engineering to operationalize strategy and drive execution of priorities. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead and facilitate work across Data Science & AI, AI & Analytics Platform, and Analytics Engineering, coordinating closely with leaders within the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (D&A COE), product teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong influence skills to align priorities, drive execution, and lead large, cross‑functional groups—including senior leaders, peers, and internal and external partners—across the organization.
- Drive annual planning, business reviews, prioritization, and strategic alignment across teams.
- Help lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategy, including enterprise and group‑level engagements with Allianz SE and business units.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and support strategic sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing partnership management.
- Develop and deliver executive, leadership, and team presentations to communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes.
- Support AI initiatives through status updates, documentation, and governance‑related activities.
- Partner with product managers to support planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery across initiatives.
- Proactively analyze ambiguous problems, surface potential risks, recommend options, support decision-making, and manage issues or escalations across teams.
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
- 4 years’ experience required; 6 years experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienced required; Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in program, portfolio, or project management
- Experience in data, reporting, or AI preferred
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
