We are looking for bright, outgoing, motivated individuals who are interested in an internship experience within the Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) business unit at Allianz Life. This role will work under the general direction of experienced Information Security Consultants across multiple security disciplines which may include vulnerability management, penetration test planning and coordination, security risk assessments, or monitoring and oversight of policies, standards, and technical measures.

What You Do
- Gain an understanding of the global organization’s security framework and local regulatory security requirements.
- Identify and evaluate security risks and oversee remediation efforts, mitigation plans and/or compensating controls to address noncompliance issues.
- Work with stakeholders on IS policy objectives as they relate to the application, operation, and governance of cyber security.
- Learning and getting exposure to the various facets of Information Security, Information Technology (IT), as well as Allianz business.
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in information/cyber security or technology.
- Possess basic understanding of security principles & their application.
- Ability to work as part of a cross functional group project initiatives.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
