Your impact
- Engineer and validate small-scale control circuits; troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic systems to restore performance.
- Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic issues and implement corrective actions.
- Install and commission electrical/electronic controls from schematics and blueprints; execute panel builds, wiring, and conduit.
- Leverage knowledge of facility electrical power and water distribution.
- Perform core mechanical fixes that keep equipment operating.
- Handle tasks from lower classifications and provide guidance to those teammates as needed.
- Strip down electrical machinery and replace failed parts such as brushes and armatures.
- Install equipment and then monitor for hazards, adjustments, or replacements to ensure safe operation.
- Translate blueprints, sketches, and verbal direction into completed work.
- Lay out, assemble, install, test, repair, and calibrate fixtures, apparatus, wiring, and new services including panels, breakers, and conduit.
- Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures; complete circuits per diagrams.
- Use proper tools and test instruments to repair, install, replace, and test circuits and equipment.
- Support additional assignments as directed by the Group Leader.

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
Pay & hiring bonus
- Hourly: $35.90–$40.03, aligned with your experience and qualifications
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hiring

What you’ll need to succeed
- Two-year Associate degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Computer proficiency to locate parts and document work in a CMMS.
Physical/Pre-employment requirements
- Comfort with standing for long periods; ability to sit, stoop, bend; strong manual dexterity.
- Pre-employment physical with a baseline lift of at least 50 pounds.
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
