What You’ll Do:
- Install fiber internet in homes and set up Wi-Fi networks
- Troubleshoot internet and equipment issues
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Educate customers about products and services
- Keep accurate inventory of tools and equipment
- Travel locally in your assigned area
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fiber installation is required.
- Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and basic home networking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- Able to climb ladders, work in crawlspaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
