Alliance Global Solutions is seeking a Fiber Installer with Splicing experience in Solana Beach, CA to join our growing AND expanding Fiber Optics team.
In this role, you will be installing fiber in customer's homes and setting up Wi-Fi equipment, while providing excellent customer service. Applicants should have experience in-home installations.
Alliance Global Solutions may provide a company vehicle, gas card or stipend, tools, and uniforms!
Responsibilities:
- Daily customer-facing appointments with Installing and troubleshooting of fiber.
- Serve as customer resources for product and service recommendations to meet the customer's needs
- Meeting company set goals for installations
- Being professional and courteous to clients
- Maintaining accurate inventory
- Required to travel within the county areas
Requirements:
- · Must have 1-2 years of industry-related experience such as cable, dish, network, electronic.
- Must be able to work with basic tools: 28 ft. extension ladders, drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. (Required)
- Knowledge of smartphones and tablets
- Ability to work proficiently unsupervised
- Drug Test, MVR Check and Background Check (Required)
- All candidates must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, and lift to 75 lbs.(Required)
- Must having Fusion Splicing Experience 6 months to 1yr.
