We value integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to serving our community.Key Responsibilities· Provide confidential administrative support to Executive Leadership· Coordinate and schedule Board of Directors meetings; prepare and distribute Board packets· Assist with special projects for the Executive Director· Serve as the main contact for agency and apartment complex phone lines· Pick up, sort, and date-stamp incoming mail and deliveries· Run agency errands using personal vehicle, including mail pick-up, deliveries, and short local trips (mileage reimbursed per agency policy)· Support facilities and fleet administration, including scheduling and document tracking· Assist with facilities calendaring, rent receipts, and tenant inquiries as needed· Provide administrative support for HR, including interview scheduling and new-hire orientations· Assist with social media posts and website updates as assignedCompensation & Benefits· Hourly Range: $19. - $27., commensurate with experience· Benefit Offerings: · Generous Paid Time Off (PTO · Paid Holidays · Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life) · Short-term disability · 401 (k) retirement planEqual Opportunity EmployerAlliance and ACT are Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
