Construction Laborer

Alliance Construction & Design is looking for Laborers.

• Work under the direction of other field personnel performing physical activities in support of completing construction jobs
• 
  Operation of hand and power tools of all types
• 
  Running of equipment
• 
  Ensure the jobsite is clean and safe 
• 
  Knowledgeable of differences in materials 
• 
  Assisting other tradesman on site
• 
  Erect scaffolding and ladders
  
• 
  Load or unload materials 
• 
  Maintain tools and equipment
• 
  Follows all company policies and procedures
• 
  Represents Alliance Construction in a professional manner
• Participate in company training programs 

• 
  Personal Tool Requirement
  • 
    Steel Toe Work Boots (NO Tennis Shoes)
  • Standard hand tools (discussed upon hiring)
• Travel when needed
  
  • Lodging paid by Alliance
  • $50 per night stay Per diem Paid to employee
  • Employee is responsible to meet on job site.

Qualifications:

• 
  Construction experience a plus
• 
  No educational requirements
• 
  Ability to use tools
• 
  Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
• 
  Willing to train the right candidates

 Rate of pay depends on experience  $15-$25 per hour

A possible $1000.00 sign on bonus (after 90 days)
