Job Skills / Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate on-call security force to cover vacancies in assigned portfolio
- Oversee and monitor the scheduling of security officers and supervisors to minimize overtime
- Track time-off requests, emergencies, call-outs, and absences to maintain site coverage
- Audit schedules for billing accuracy, including overtime and extra coverage reports
- Handle administrative functions like payroll, billing data, and resolving discrepancies in WinTeam system
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to manage highly confidential information and prioritize tasks
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and union contracts
- Experience with payroll/dispatching software, particularly WinTeam, is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry/analysis
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage stressful situations professionally
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - Sunday from 6:00 AM 2:30 PM.
Hourly Rate: $22.00-$24.00/Hour
