Full-Time Janitor

Alliance Building Services is a leading provider of janitorial and building maintenance services in the Seattle and Bellevue area. We are currently seeking three dependable Full-Time Night Janitors to join our team in floating positions, supporting commercial buildings across Seattle and Bellevue. • Provide janitorial services at assigned commercial buildings throughout Seattle and Bellevue, with work locations varying by shift based on operational needs
• Clean and maintain offices, common areas, and other interior spaces to company standards
• Sanitize and restock restrooms
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash from designated areas
• Ensure consistent janitorial coverage across multiple client locations
• Operate cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums, safely and effectively
• Work both independently and as part of a team to maintain a professional environment

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$21.30–$23.30 per hour, plus overtime opportunities and bonus potential.
