Assistant ManagerPosition Summary:The Assistant Site Manager, reporting to the Site Manager, supports all aspects of the security and Fire Life Safety programs at a high-profile Alliance client site. This role involves coordinating physical security operations, assisting with emergency preparedness, and maintaining compliance with safety and contractual standards. The Assistant Site Manager also acts as a liaison between the client, NYPD, Alliance departments, and building management to ensure efficient communication and seamless service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Support daily site security operations and personnel managementAssist with Fire Life Safety programs, inspections, and drillsOversee scheduling, reporting, and equipment requisitionsMonitor CCTV, visitor management, and access control systemsCoordinate NYPD and contractor access as neededPrepare incident reports, billing documentation, and compliance recordsRespond to emergencies and communications within 30 minutesQualifications:FDNY Fire Life Safety Director (F-89 or equivalent) certification requiredPrior corporate security or building operations experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and security systemsAbility to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsHours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $70,000-$80,000
