- Review repair plans and identify required repair procedures.
- Disassemble vehicles as needed to identify and access damaged areas.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels and vehicle components.
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs according to manufacturer procedures.
- Measure and align vehicle structures when required.
- Repair dents and damaged metal, aluminum, or plastic components as appropriate.
- Prepare repaired surfaces and vehicles for the next stage of the repair process.
- Reassemble vehicles and verify proper fit, finish, and operation.
- Communicate additional damage or repair needs to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable repair standards.
