What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body & Paint Tech ( Combo Tech ) position at Garry's Collision?
A shop that stays busy. Garry’s Collision has earned five-star Google reviews and strong ratings across other review sites by focusing on quality repairs and customer service. We’re also featured as a top local choice in an AI-powered shop guide.
A shop that puts the repair first. We’re an independent, non-DRP shop where the focus is on proper repairs and the customer, not meeting an insurance company’s contract requirements.
A place to do your best work. We’re looking for an experienced combo tech who wants to own their jobs, work independently, and be part of a clean, positive shop for the long term. You’ll own your assigned vehicles from teardown through reassembly, with most jobs involving light to medium collision damage. Our frame technician handles larger structural and mechanical repairs.
The right person works independently and cares about the details: finding and documenting hidden damage, following repair procedures, getting the fit and finish right, and checking their work before a vehicle leaves. We value solid production and a repair done right.
