Schedule: Full-time | In-person
Join our outpatient team and help individuals build lasting recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. At Fort Wayne Recovery, you'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships, provide evidence-based care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addiction and mental health recovery
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide education on relapse prevention, coping skills, and healthy lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and recovery staff to coordinate patient care
- Respond with compassion and professionalism during crisis intervention situations
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, addiction studies, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Indiana licensure: LCSW, LSW, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LCAC, LCACA, or PsyD
- Associate-level clinicians are encouraged to apply. We welcome candidates who are actively working toward independent licensure and committed to obtaining full licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
- Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred
- Ability to build rapport, motivate, and support patients throughout their recovery journey
