Compensation: $15 per hour

Job Duties
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors using appropriate chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle surfaces to maintain and enhance vehicle finish
- Vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize vehicle interiors including carpets, seats, and headliners
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure all vehicles meet quality and cleanliness standards
- Safely operate detailing equipment and dealership/customer vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail shop and supplies
- Assist with vehicle delivery preparations, lot management, or service support when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department or dealership operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Prior experience in automotive detailing or a similar cleaning role is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning solutions, buffing machines, and detailing processes a plus
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must pass pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screening
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Exposure to indoor/outdoor conditions, including weather elements and cleaning chemicals
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and walking throughout shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Regular work schedule with weekend shifts and potential overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions
