What You’ll Do
As a Wellness Consultant, you’ll help people find the perfect way to relax, recover, and enjoy life a little more. You’ll guide customers through their wellness journey, from first contact to post-purchase care, ensuring every interaction feels friendly, helpful, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads via phone, email, and text quickly and thoughtfully.
- Engage customers in-store and guide them toward the right product fit.
- Build relationships through genuine conversations and exceptional service.
- Follow up after each sale to ensure a smooth and happy experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and details.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and help keep displays inviting.
- Support community events and off-site promotions.
- Participate in team huddles, trainings, and ongoing learning opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping others.
- Organized and reliable with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and digital communication tools.
- Excited to learn about health, wellness, and relaxation products.
- Available to work weekends (our busiest time) and occasional events.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person!
