Regional Installation Manager
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina

We’re looking for a Regional Installation Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver exceptional results. In this role, you’ll coordinate installation schedules, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and DOT regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee installation operations, including scheduling and resource planning.
- Supervise, train, and mentor installation crews for quality and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor Geotab telematics data and enforce DOT safety standards.
- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and promote a culture of safety.
- Collaborate with production managers to optimize freight and improve margins.
- Maintain accurate timecards and administrative records.
- Ensure proper equipment use and safe work environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance.
- Familiarity with Geotab or similar fleet monitoring systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (Jobscope preferred).
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred).
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- OSHA certifications and a proven safety record are required.
- Experience in the sign industry strongly preferred.
- NEC 2017 Code training and welding/crane certifications are a plus.
